What kind of file and content types does TransPerfect work with?
TransPerfect can work with any file type. If possible, we recommend for you to send us the source file in editable version.
Does Novotech have a Confidentiality Agreement in place with TransPerfect?
Yes, TransPerfect and Novotech have a confidentiality agreement in place and this is part of the global contract. You can reach out to your local Procurement lead for further information on this.
Is TransPerfect ISO certified and can you certify translations?
Yes, TransPerfect is both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015 certified and we can provide a translation certificate for your translation project upon request (free of charge).
