Yes, every linguist working on your project must:

• Be a native speaker of the target language.
• Provide proof of educational background and experience through either a) university degree and five years of experience in translation, b) advanced degree and three years of professional experience in translation, or c) 10 years of professional experience in translation.
• Have documented translation or interpretation experience in their area of specialization (at least 5-10 years)
