Diego and Ty oversee our AI division, which is dedicated to developing technology, solutions and services related to different applications of artificial intelligence such as neural machine translation (NMT), large language models (LLM) and other types of generative AI. Adopting a consultative approach, Diego and Ty work closely with our clients to identify their organizational readiness for adoption and integration of AI and contribute their expertise to aligning the best combination of AI technology, solutions and services to each use case and business problem. By incorporating experience from previous successful implementations with the latest advancements made in the research & development side of AI, they bring innovation to the way that both TransPerfect conducts business internally and how we can bring value to AFKLM.
Nick oversees our content solutions team for EMEA. As such he is in charge of designing technology-based solutions and will discuss detailed requirements with AFKLM stakeholders, as well as the Wordbee team, to understand the diverse use cases that need to be supported by TransPerfect. Nick and his team will design a technical solution leveraging both Wordbee and any GlobalLink modules needed, and prepare a technology strategy and design architecture, which will then in turn be implemented by our solution engineering team and used by the AFKLM stakeholders and the TransPerfect account teams.
Christiane and Pablo will act as solutions engineers and serve as the main points of contact for all technology solutions provido ed. Their general roles and responsibilities are as follows:
TransPerfect’s global network of 140+ offices enables us to pair local representatives, project managers and production teams with our clients’ global stakeholders. We pride ourselves in having inhouse account and production teams around the globe, as well as design, editorial, technical and language quality resources, content management, development and support staff. To meet AFKLM expectations, we will set up operations for Air France at our France-based offices (Paris), whereas for KLM we will set things up in The Netherlands (Amsterdam). Both Air France and KLM will have local points of contact, who will work closely with our team.
