Streamlined Scheduled Interpretation
InterAct offers a tailored experience where interpreters are carefully selected for Aviva, allowing clients to choose interpreters for each session. The familiarity and consistency provided by InterAct interpreters enhance the quality and effectiveness of communication during these sessions. Use cases include:
Instant access to professional interpreters
Connect is a cost-effective solution, but you won’t be able to select the interpreter or provide context in the way you can with prescheduled appointments via InterAct. Connect is ideal for:
There is a 1-hour minimum for all remote virtual interpretation. Billing increment (rounding up) will occur after 15 minutes over scheduled time, resulting in another half hour charged.
Aviva employees will receive an email granting them access to self-register for InterAct. From there, they will be able to gain access to the platform via their own individual account. Additionally, we will host a recorded training that will serve as training material and reference.

To reach an interpreter, you simply dial 855-886-2901 and enter your 7-digit customer ID. After our IVR system recognizes you, it will prompt you to enter your 4-digit PIN.
Once the PIN is confirmed, the system moves you into language selection. You can say the name of the language, or you can enter the 3-digit code, such as 772 (SPA) for Spanish, on your telephone keypad.
Once the language is noted, we will connect you with your interpreter.
While using InterAct, pre-scheduled hourly rate apply. InterAct may incur a higher cost than Connect, but it is a more tailored and personalized experience as you are able to personally pick and continue to work with preferred interpreters.
Connect is charged by-the-minute and is the more cost-effective option. However, you won’t be able to select interpreters or provide context in the way you can with pre-scheduled sessions via InterAct.
