Who do I reach out to if I have a request?
Please send an e-mail to RELX_Group@transperfect.com and your dedicated Account Manager will reach out to you. Your request should include the following information if available:
- Brief description of project
- Languages for translation (e.g. from English to French)
- Special requirements (e.g Please only translate the first 10 pages)
- Preferred Deadline
What kind of file types can TransPerfect work with?
TransPerfect can work with any file type. If possible, we recommend for you to send us the source file in editable version.
Does RELX Group have a Confidentiality Agreement in place with TransPerfect?
Yes, TransPerfect and RELX Group have a confidentiality agreement in place and this is part of the global contract. You can reach out to your local Procurement lead for further information on this.
Is TransPerfect ISO certified and can you certify translations?
Yes, TransPerfect is both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015 certified.
Are the translators that will be working on my project native speakers of the target language and subject matter expects?
Yes, every linguist working on your project
- Must be a native speaker of the target language
- Must provide proof of educational background and experience through either a) college degree and five years of experience in translation, b) advanced degree and three years of professional experience in translation, or c) 10 years of professional experience in translation
- Must document translation or interpretation experience in their area of specialization (at least 5-10 years)
