How to request a project?
- You can place your order through the GlobalLink Portal, where you can upload source and reference files, select target languages, include comments and instructions and more. TransPerfect’s Account Manager will review your order and get back to you should they need any further information.
- For support on how to use the GL Portal, you can contact TransPerfect at RTX@transperfect.com.
- Shortly after submitting your order, you will receive a quote, which you will use to request a PO number. When the PO number is ready, please share this – or the relevant umbrella PO number, if you already have one – with TransPerfect as a confirmation to start the work.
- Please note that a PO number is required for each order. This will serve as a reference number in the final invoice and ensures payment.
Costs
With discounted rates that are 20% less than market value, RTX will see immediate cost savings. At the outset of each initiative TransPerfect will collaborate to identify the best process, pricing, and timeline to suit the needs of each project.
Lead Time
- At TransPerfect, we pride ourselves on having the fastest turnaround times in the industry by approximately 25–30% on average. If this is your first time submitting a project with TransPerfect, please get in touch with the team at RTX@transperfect.com, who can provide some metrics and options for your requests!
- We estimate turnaround times based on the number of words in each individual project, and our average turnaround times (which reflect our standard multi-step quality assurance process) are below.

If you have any feedback, please don’t hesitate to share this with TransPerfect as soon as possible to make any needed adjustments. Any changes to a target text will be incorporated into the translation memory for future reference.
