Tim started his career in the interactive media segment of the Marketing industry in 2000. His primary area of interest was the connection between sight, sound, motion and interaction – and its role in changing emotion and perception.

Since moving into the online education industry in 2012 he has been developing multimedia content experiences for learners across business sectors. His industry experience includes compliance, finance aerospace and defense industries. Using the science of learning and media he creates learning strategies that are human centered and technology agnostic, to improve capabilities and performance of the modern learner, and scale to fit organizational requirements.

Following linguistics studies and various experiences in content development agencies in Paris, Aurore joined TransPerfect in 2016. As an account manager supporting the eLearning Industry in France, she grown to become TransPerfect’s EMEA Program Manager within our digital learning practice.

In her current role, Aurore oversees the full life cycle of learning solutions, from learning strategy consultation and content development, through testing and delivery of multilingual digital training. She manages a team of account managers and project managers across EMEA that help TransPerfect’s customers across the region to educate their teams across the globe.

Ty oversees our AI division, which is dedicated to developing technology, solutions and services related to different applications of artificial intelligence such as neural machine translation (NMT), large language models (LLM) and other types of generative AI. Adopting a consultative approach, Ty works closely with our clients to identify their organizational readiness for adoption and integration of AI and contribute their expertise to aligning the best combination of AI technology, solutions and services to each use case and business problem. By incorporating experience from previous successful implementations with the latest advancements made in the research & development side of AI, Ty’s team will bring innovation to the Thales & TransPerfect partnership.

It was important for us to bring our French colleague Nick in the Thales RFP project. He oversees our content solutions team, as such he is in charge of designing technology-based solutions. Nick and his team design technical solutions that will support both our learning and translation teams all along the coming projects.
